Weekend Itinerary

Open from 12 - 5 p.m.

Graduates and their guests are invited to stop by our Grad Central Station. This family friendly event featuring university departments, the campus store, and more! Enjoy pop-up events, mascot appearances, and giveaways. Graduates, don't forget to check in for your nametag and Friday night toast tickets.

12:30 – 1:30 p.m. – Graduate Check-In & Processional Line Up
All graduates from the School of Arts, Humanities & Education; School of Health Sciences; and School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Math are required to register their attendance for the 2 p.m. ceremony.  Graduates must have a photo ID at check-in.

1 – 2 p.m. – Guest Seating
Seating is first come, first served. Handicap seating will be available. Ceremony doors will close briefly at 2 p.m. for the procession of graduates. All guest arriving after this time will be seated after the processional and invocation.

1:30 – 1:50 p.m. – Graduate Briefing
Please arrive at your line up location by 1:30 p.m. to finalize your academic dress, receive a briefing on the ceremony and to line-up.

2 – 4 p.m. – School of Arts, Humanities & Education; School of Health Sciences; School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Math Ceremony
Ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. sharp. All guests should be seated at this time. Doors will be closed for the invocation.

Open from 5 – 6:30 p.m.

Graduates and one adult guest are invited to drop by and share in the celebrating our graduates.
